Wadding & Quilting unit equipped with most modern computerized machinaries from U.S ,Taiwan and able to produce high quality washable non allergic polyester wadding in different thickness from 100 GSM to 500 GSM to cater various needs.
Our high speed computerized single & multi needle quilting machines enable us to promise timely deliveries & excellent quality. The quilted products are explicitly presented to provide serne,relaxation,cozy and comfortable feelings due to the filling of soft polyester wadding which is washable & non allergenic. Long time storage of our products does not deform or affect their quality.
Quality Control
We have been granted Kuwait quality mark certificate by the industrial authority.
Since we are sourcing raw materials from various countries , quality checks are conducted regularly and systematically as well as after receiving bulk goods to ensure the materials are complying with our specification and requirements.
Further strict in house quality checking ate every stage is daily carried out to ensure the goods reach to the customers are free from any faults.
Pillow Unit
Wide range of pillows with different polyster weights and sizes are manufactured. The filling is 100 % polyster hollow conjugated siliconized fibre. To improve the comfort the pillows are filled with polyster ball fibre ,which are non allergenic.
